While Rebirth's version of the song has a somewhat bombastic theme with demonic chanting that can be taken as "demonic beat-boxing", A Mourner Unto Sheol just feels.
The theme for the area, entitled "A Mourner Unto Sheol". It's an alternate interpretation of Hell, which isn't a standard one, but instead is best described as " a place of darkness to which all dead go, regardless of the moral choices made in life, and where they are removed from the light of God". Firstly, the entire concept regarding "Sheol". Given that it's the game's equivalent to Hell, it makes sense for a lot of nightmares to be derived from it: The floor added in the Halloween Update, SHEOL. And it's creepy as hell! Made worse by the fact that it's called " Jesus Loves Me ". It comes as a great surprise because it replaces the BGM that usually plays on that sequence. The tune that plays on the credits after defeating It Lives! for the first time. If the enemies looked creepy in 2D, imagine how horrifying they are in 3D! Or, don't imagine anything and just see it for yourself. He seems to have collapsed on the inside and is bleeding from his eyesockets. Most of them look absolutely horrible, but Peep's design (now known as The Bloat) looks the worst by far. The designs for bosses in Wrath of the Lamb are horrifying, such as The Husk (see page image ^). Being killed by using The Bible doesn’t count as a Satan kill. Being killed by The Fallen in the boss room or a Kamikaze Leech will spoil the entire attempt at unlocking The Lost. 
Azazel must die to any Satan attack in Sheol. Being killed by any monster spawned by Mom will spoil the entire attempt at unlocking The Lost. Dead Cat and other resurrection items could be useful for extra attempts.
It is technically possible to unlock The Lost while holding Mysterious Paper, although the probability is small since it only has a 1/4 chance to imitate the Missing Poster. Glitter Bombs, in conjunction with a large enough or infinite source of bombs (such as a Gold Bomb), have a small chance to drop trinkets, making it easier to find the poster.
